Many service businesses still run quotes, bookings and payments across phone calls, text messages and spreadsheets. Desk puts that whole path in one place: the customer gets a quote and books online, pays a deposit, and the team sees every job, payment and follow-up on one screen.

How a build works
We start from how the business takes jobs today, then design the screens around it. Payments, text alerts and calendar sync are connected to the tools the business already uses. In Australia and overseas that is usually Stripe; in Korea we connect Toss Payments, KakaoPay and KakaoTalk alerts.
